Cameo concerts feature string, wind, and vocal chamber ensembles, (15 or fewer members), who perform 20-30 minutes of music in an open area of the conference, (registration, foyer, concourse, etc.) during registration and session transition times. Our goal is to provide more performance opportunities in a relaxed environment and make live music available throughout the event. (Ensembles selected for the most recent PDC are not eligible to apply.) See FAQ for more info!
Directors and co/assistant directors must maintain OMEA membership in good standing at the time of application and performance. If selected, the submitting director must be the director of the ensemble at the time of performance. To apply, log into the members area and within the members nav-bar click Register and then "Present/Perform at Conference (apply)".
