Purchasing Medals

• Awards for SMBF participants are available for purchase online at the OMEA website, or by filling out the award order form and sending it with a check payable to OMEA to the address listed. The form has been revised to reflect new shipping charges; all previous versions of the form are obsolete and cannot be accepted. Download the Form here.
• 2025 SMBF patches may be ordered immediately.  Combo packs, consisting of a patch along with a superior or excellent medal, can only be ordered following your performance.  The patch is updated every year, and is not the same as the 2024 patch.
