Purchasing Medals

  • Beginning with the 2025–26 school year, paper award order forms have been discontinued and no longer valid; therefore, all awards must be ordered through the OMEA website (Members Area->Member Resources->Purchase Awards). Payment does not have to be made online—you may choose to pay by credit card or print an invoice to mail with a check, as in the past. This change is required due to recent upgrades and security measures in our financial system.
  • 2025 SMBF patches may be purchased immediately. Combo packs, consisting of a patch along with a superior or excellent medal, may be ordered following your performance. The patch is updated every year, and is not the same as the 2024 patch.
