The complete OMEA Adjudicated Events Rule Books are available to active OMEA members in the Members Area under "resources".
Out of District/Region Requests
Directors may request an out of district/region performance for their large group ensemble(s) by using the registration system in the OMEA Website. Please be aware that requests may not always be approved if the demand exceeds the capacity for a given site.
Out of district requests are not available for solo and ensemble.
Deadlines for Requests
State Orchestra: January 1st
District Band/Choir: January 1st
State Band/Choir: The Monday immediately following your district performance/qualification.
Junior High: March 1st
