Housing reservations should be made using the the online reservation system. OMEA negotiates discounted prices for housing but does not control the reservation system. These discounts are not available by calling the hotel desk.

TO PREVENT MISPLACEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT TAX EXEMPT FORMS OR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORMS TO THE HOTELS BEFORE JANUARY 20, 2026. THE HOTELS WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO APPLY THEM TO YOUR RESERVATIONS PRIOR TO THIS DATE.

A valid credit card good through February 28, 2026 is required, but will not be charged unless cancellation fees apply.
