2024 OMEA Professional Development Conference Housing Information

See below for information on pricing and making reservations!


Housing reservations should be made using the the online reservation system or mail-in form. OMEA negotiates discounted prices for housing but does not control the reservation system. These discounts are not available by calling the hotel desk.

Reservations can be made by choosing ONE of the following options:

  • All reservations require a credit card. No checks will be accepted.
  • Credit card must be valid through the end of March 2024.

2. BY MAIL: Send a completed form (one copy per room) to: OMEA c/o Experience Columbus Attn: Renee Scott 277 W. Nationwide Blvd., Ste.125 Columbus, Ohio 43215. Download and complete the form using the "Mail-in Reservations" button below.

3. BY EMAIL: Housing@ExperienceColumbus.com - If emailing form, DO NOT INCLUDE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Experience Columbus will contact you for credit card info. Download and complete the form using the "Mail-in Reservations" button below. Send as an attachment to Housing@ExperienceColumbus.com.
